Free Shipping

Meltrelief offers free standard shipping within the United States. No shipping fee is added at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days after dispatch. Including processing, please allow approximately 8–23 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, and customs processing.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders may ship through our international fulfillment partners. Items purchased together may arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping charge.

Any applicable import duties or taxes are separate from shipping charges and are not included unless expressly stated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow a few days for the carrier to post its first tracking updates.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing period, we will notify you, provide an updated shipping estimate, and offer the option to cancel for a full refund. We will obtain your agreement to the delay where required.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any relevant details. For damaged items, please include photos where possible.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the package has shipped.
